Android phone. I made a page. Worked on it and saved it. When I went back to editorials it was nowhere to be found. Not under any headings. A week later I decided to try again. I remade the original page I was working on. Everything was fine. I saved and edited it several times. I had the page finished and saved in editorials. In editorials the FIRST page showed up. I made a 3rd page. Finished and saved it. I went back to edit the third page and all three were gone.

So simple to use and create beautiful pictures and pages.
I'm a longtime Project Lifer and have been loyal to the products, but physical and digital. But as others have shared, the changes in business direction have only worsened the poor support for Android users. The app has suffered from neglect and has many annoyances and clumsy glitches. I still use it because I don't know of an equivalent, and at its most basic it still works. But I do not in any way feel like a valued customer.
I used to love this app. But, so many business changes & directions make me no longer want to support. Horrible customer service, especially with Android devices. No way to sync between devices, so I backed up all my in progress pages (with the directions I was given) before I switched over to a new phone. Now I am unable to open over 50 pages. I have been communicating with customer service for nearly a year to get issues resolved, still no resolution...and honestly, they don't seem to care.

Terrible. You have to buy stuff to even write. Ridiculous waste of time.
Unfortunately, the phot editing app they use and recommend (PicTapGo) is not available for Android users which makes it impossible to edit photos within the project life app when creating layouts.
This is so amazing and fun. My grandkids can create their own pages with no mess of scissors or glue. Because you can create without being online I am able to create pages of our camping trips, vacations, first days of school, etc. right away. I would recommend it 100%.
